This morning, the University of the Philippines in Diliman, held its Parangal sa Mag-aaral to recognize its student achievers and University Scholars (with grade point average not lower than 1.25). One of the honorees is Chris Perez, a budding glamour/fashion photographer, who is completing his masteral studies in technology management. To Chris, aka jc, congratulations!
