On the way to Laoag, we took a side trip to Bacarra to visit a relative and to go to the cemetery.

hi jc. i agree. that's why when i saw it from a distance, I decided to take a closer look. and I wasn't disappointed. I was told that there used to be a statue at the top but it was gone after an earthquake.
